Mexican Wedding Cookies recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup of butter, softened.
8 tablespoons of confectioners' sugar.
2 cups of all-purpose flour.
2 cups of chopped walnuts.
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix all of the ingredients together with a mixer until well blended.

Roll the dough into round small balls.

Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Allow to cool completely then roll in additional confectioners' sugar.
